Registration

Register early! The maximum number of attendees for this event is 1,200 so please register early as we do expect to sell out.

Registration Fees:

  • Early Bird Registration Fee is $149 – extended through February 17!
  • February 18 through March 1 the registration fee is $199.

No registrations will be accepted after March 1 and there is no onsite registration.

The registration fee includes classes, a conference bag, access to the Exhibitor Area, a certificate of completion and continental breakfast on the mornings of April 5 and 6.

Payment Types accepted: Personal credit or debit card, personal check, district credit card, district check, and CSEA chapter check. If you are paying by check, the check should be mailed to: Attn: Paraeducator Conference, Member Benefits, CSEA, 2045 Lundy Avenue, San Jose, CA 95131. We must receive the check no later than March 1.

Payment Due Date: All registrations must be paid for in full by March 1 and registrations are not finalized until payment is received.

Refunds and Substitutions: Full refunds are given for cancellations up through March 15, 2023. Substitutions are also allowed up through March 15, 2023.

Note: District purchase orders are accepted to hold places if full names of attendees are provided. No places are held without names of participants provided. Substitutions are allowed through March 15, 2023. Full payment by district check or credit card must be received by March 1.

Group Registration (2 to 9 attendees)

Group Registration (10 or more attendees)

Download and complete this template spreadsheet. Once the spreadsheet is complete, email it to para@csea.com. The template contains detailed instructions. If you have questions, email para@csea.com.

Note: Group registrations for 10 or more will not be processed until all names and emails are provided on the template spreadsheet. A district purchase order will hold spaces, but registrations will not be approved until payment is completed by check or credit card and full payment is due no later than March 1.
This Registration page is for conference participants (attendees) only. Exhibitors and Presenter registration is a separate process.
