$159 from December 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 and $209 from February 1, 2024 until group registration closes on February 6, 2024 and individual registration closes on February 14, 2024. No registrations will be accepted after these dates and there is no onsite registration.
The registration fee includes classes, a lunch buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday, a conference bag, activities (including Game Night), access to the Exhibitor Area, and a certificate of completion.
You can pay when you register by personal or district credit card or debit card, personal or district check, or district purchase order. All payments are due no later than February 14.

After you self-register or are registered as part of a group, you will receive an email notifying you that your registration has been received and is pending. Your registration will be approved once we have verified your payment by credit or debit card, check, or purchase order. You will then receive an email letting you know your registration is approved. See the Registration page for all the details. If you have not received an email, and were registered by someone else, contact that person directly to find out what email they used to register you. Otherwise email para@csea.com for assistance.
Yes. Whether you are a CSEA member or a potential CSEA member, if you are classified staff and are part of the bargaining unit, you can attend and register for this conference.
The registration fee is the same if you attend one, two or three days.

If you registered yourself, reach out to para@csea.com for a refund by February 28, 2024. If you were registered as part of a group, contact the person who registered you. If you do not know who that person is, email us at para@csea.com and we can assist you. If you were registered by your district or chapter, they need to initiate any changes, including cancelling your registration or substituting another person. Refund or substitution requests must be received by email to para@csea.com by February 28, 2024.
See the Hotel page for all the details. All offer free wi-fi and most offer free parking. All the hotels except the Doubletree include a free hot breakfast. Others have restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The hotel rooms have varying amenities such as full kitchens in the room and others have small refrigerators and microwaves.
A complimentary full buffet lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference. There will also be a variety of food, beverage, and snack choices available for purchase at the convention center including sandwiches, salads, coffee, beverages, snacks, and desserts. No cash is accepted. Debit cards, credit cards, Apple and Google Pay are accepted for payment.
All the hotels except the Doubletree include a complimentary hot breakfast as part of the room rate. See the hotel page here for details on which hotels also have an onsite restaurant. The convention center will have coffee, breakfast and snack options available for purchase.

Check with your hotel front desk regarding the best options near your hotel. On Wednesday night, there will be a variety of food trucks in the parking lot of the convention center for you to purchase dinner.
Advance notice is required for us to accommodate attendees with disabilities. Please submit your request no later than February 1 via email to para@csea.com.
Check with your hotel regarding any available airport shuttle service. If no shuttle is available, you can either go back to your hotel, pick up your stored luggage, and call for an Uber or Lyft or you can call for Uber or Lyft from the convention center.
