General Information
Overall Schedule: The conference will start on Tuesday, March 12, with check-in and badge pick up beginning at 7:00 a.m. and classes starting at 9:30 a.m. The conference will end at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 14.
In-person only: Classes are only offered in-person. No virtual or on-demand content will be available.

Welcome and Orientation to the Conference Videos: Be sure to be in your seat for your first class on Tuesday by 9:30 a.m. for the Welcome and Orientation Video presentations.
Lunch Buffet included in your Registration Fee: A full lunch buffet is included in your registration fee for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Breakfast/Beverages/Snacks: Breakfast will be on your own each day. Three of the four hotels in CSEA’s room block include a hot breakfast in the room rate. Most also have a restaurant open onsite for breakfast. The convention center has a variety of food, beverage, and snack choices available for purchase. No cash is accepted for food purchases at the convention center. Debit and credit cards, Apple and Google pay are accepted.
New! Food Truck/Game Night: Be sure to join us on Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mingle with your fellow conference attendees, enjoy some fun food, and participate in Game Night. You may even win some prizes. Food trucks will be available to purchase your dinner. Please be sure to RSVP for Game Night when you register so we know how many food trucks we will need.
Puzzle Piece Collage Activity: You are an essential piece of the puzzle making it all work in your job at your school district! Help create a completed puzzle by making a collage that represents your vision of your best self as a paraeducator or your dreams and aspirations for yourself, your school community, and/or your larger community. All collage materials will be provided. Once complete, you can hang your piece on the wall at the conference connecting to the other puzzle piece collages. Find out more here.
- Magazine Collection: We need your help with for this activity. Please bring any extra magazines you have at home or school and drop them off in the Puzzle Piece Activity Area in Exhibit Hall A on Tuesday morning after you check in and be sure to join in the fun!
- Optional: Bring copies of photos of yourself and your work or other relevant photos to incorporate into your collage.
CSEA Store: Get CSEA branded items including clothing, drinkware, pens, and more. Open in Exhibit Hall A.

Other Activities: Exhibit Hall A will be open Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to visit the Exhibitor Area, shop in the store, make your puzzle piece collage, play board and card games, network, eat, and take breaks. Note: Exhibit Hall A will be open until 9 p.m. on Wednesday night for the Food Truck/Game Night.
Closing Celebration (Thursday, March 14 – 11:40 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.): Gather in Exhibit Hall A to receive your gift, have a chance to win prizes, collect your puzzle piece collage, take selfies, and hear final words of inspiration from our Association President, Adam Weinberger, and the Paraeducator Conference Chair, Colette Hetland.
