Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand, manage and use your emotions to create a positive life experience for yourself and everyone in your sphere of influence. Emotions run on energy and the source of our energy can create positive or negative emotional impact on ourselves and others. Learning to understand the sources of positive energy to build emotional intelligence is key to growing in your personal and professional development.

Arianne Toves is an Educational Trainer working to equip, empower and educate individuals and organizations on the principles and practices of Behavioral Change Management. You might recognize her as the keynote speaker at the 2022 CSEA Annual Conference, and presenter at the 2023 Paraeducator Conference, as well as the 2023 Educational Days. The granddaughter of retired CSEA Members, Arianne has worked within the hental Health and educational fields as a counselor and English teacher and most recently stepped into a role within the 988 National Suicide and Prevention Hotline. Arianne holds an Associate of Communications degree, Bachelors of Psychology and a Masters of Public Administration along with a Single Subject Teaching Credential and is a Certificated Counselor. Arianne is the proud mother of five children and resides in Clovis, CA where she enjoys watching her youngest son play competitive men's volleyball and travels to teach conferences and workshops across California.
