Resume Workshop

Class Length: 90 minutes

Regardless of where you are in the job search, the most important element is to make sure that your resume is reflective of who you are and what you bring to the table. In this workshop, you will learn what potential employers are looking for when you applyingthat dream job. Learn how to make your resume stand out from the crowd, how to get it in front of the right people, and what you should and should not include. Participants will have the opportunity to practice highlighting their skills using suggested key words, and will receive resources for future use.

Claire Rusiniak brings over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources industry. After receiving her Bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Claire embarked on her HR journey in the banking sector, where she acquired essential HR knowledge and underwent extensive training in recruitment and interview skills. Her expertise also encompasses successfully filling challenging international positions. Throughout her HR career, Claire has excelled as a key leader, supporting organizations in managing employee relations, employee benefits, fostering positive cultures, and driving change. Since joining CSEA in 2014, Claire has consistently demonstrated her professional background, energy, and forward-thinking approach, and continues to be an asset to CSEA.
