As classified employees, you are afforded many fundamental rights by law and collective bargaining between your school district and CSEA chapter. The emphasis of CSEA's Know Your Rights training is to assist members in detecting violations of the law and their collective bargaining agreements. Join us to learn more about your rights on the job and what you can do to protect yourself and your fellow members during potential labor violations.

Lynn Breyette is a Senior Labor Relations Representative assigned to the CSEA Training Department. Lynn has been with CSEA since 2006, starting as a Labor Relations Representative. Through the years she has represented classified school employees in collective bargaining, grievances, disciplinary meetings, ADA accommodations, and administrative hearings, in over 30 different Chapters. Lynn has done countless trainings on classified school employees’ legal and contractual rights and is excited to bring her experience to this year's Paraeducator Conference.
