Holly Harding
Holly Harding is the Title III Specialist for Region 2. She has worked at the Butte County Office of Education in this capacity since 2005. Holly has experience working at the local, county and state level to provide professional learning to current and future teachers and administrators. In her work over the past twenty-six years, Holly has focused on presenting teachers and administrators with quality professional practices that are research based and proven to be effective with English learner students. Before her work at the county, Holly taught in the elementary setting for seven years, working closely with students learning English. Holly holds a Masters degree in Teaching International Languages with an emphasis in English as a Second Language from California State University, Chico.
