Gender Galaxy

Class Length: 90 minutes

Gender is a social construct. It is understood in a variety of ways across cultures. This training explores the intersections of racism and transphobia by unpacking the impact of settler-colonialism as it relates to gender around the globe. Participants will learn about gender diversity around the world, and have opportunities to reflect on their own gender journeys so they have increased awareness of their own cultural framework for gender as a reference point for understanding gender diversity.
