Handling high conflict environments and high conflict relationships is both a science and an art. Understanding personality types, communication styles, temperament and values helps us know ourselves and those we work with so we can effectively manage conflict and communication.

Arianne Toves is an educational trainer working to equip, empower and educate individuals and organizations on the principles and practices of Behavioral Change Management. You might recognize her from being a Keynote Speaker at the 2022 CSEA Annual Conference, and presenter at the 2023 CSEA Paraeducator Conference and 2023 Education Days. The granddaughter of retired CSEA Members, Arianne has worked within the mental health and educational fields as a counselor and English teacher and most recently stepped into a role within the 988 National Suicide and Prevention Hotline. Arianne holds an Associate of Communications degree, Bachelors of Psychology and a Masters of Public Administration along with a Single Subject Teaching Credential and is a Certificated Counselor. Arianne is the proud mother of five children and resides in Clovis, Calif. where she enjoys watching her youngest son play competitive men's volleyball and travels to teach conferences and workshops across California.
