Awards

Dale Sorenson placed on CSEA’s Honor Roll

Delegates at CSEA’s 98th Annual Conference voted to place Dale Sorenson on the Association’s Honor Roll, which is one of CSEA’s most prestigious awards.

Members of the Year

At this year's Annual Conference, CSEA celebrated its 2024 Members of the Year: Sandra Clark, Estibaliz Diaz, Erik Duane and Irena Herrera. Watch video tributes for each award recipient.

Activist of the Year

Scott Carson of Chapter 410 was presented with the 2024 Richard C. Bartlett Activist of the Year Award.

Humanitarian Award

Brittney Clark of Chapter of Chapter 551 was presented with the 2024 William P. Schwartz Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Unity Award

April Celestino of Chapter 93 was presented with the 2024 Laurence Twoaxe Unity Award.

Membership Unity Program Award

Irvine Chapter 517 recieved the 2023-2024 MUP Award. Learn more about their story along with all the chapters that participated in the 2023-24 MUP Program.

Communication Awards

CSEA’s Communications Committee announced this year's Communication Award winners and presented Awards of Excellence at Conference.

Victory Club Circle of Stars Award

This year's award was presented to four chapters: Big Valley Chapter 762, Monterey-JC Crumpton Chapter 93, Patterson Unified Chapter 174, and Modesto Chapter 7.

Walter H. Blice Award

This year’s winner of the Walter H. Blice Award is Mark Reagles of Cajon Valley Chapter 179.
