CSEA Dependent Scholarship Application

Before starting: This application cannot be saved and must be completed in one sitting. Use this pre-application worksheet as a guide to gather all the required information and documents ready before you begin. After gathering all the required information and documents, we recommend setting aside one hour to complete the application.

Note: An official, signed transcript (pdf) is required to be uploaded as part of the application process. If the transcript is not both signed AND official, the application will be disqualified from consideration for a scholarship.

A dated/signed letter of recommendation is required to be uploaded as part of the application process. If the letter is not both dated and signed, the application will be disqualified from consideration for a scholarship.
