Member Student Loan Reducer Program

CSEA members with $10,000 or more in student loan debt and who have completed a degree program can apply for this grant in the amount of $500 to assist in paying down their student loan debt Applicants are evaluated on the essay and other documentation submitted.

Dependent Scholarships

For graduating high school seniors and those already in community college, university, or a trade school on a full-time basis. Awards are granted in several categories, including some based on financial need, some based on academic achievement, and some may be based on exceptional circumstances.

Union Plus Scholarships

This scholarship is for members or their dependents attending higher education. The applicant must be accepted into a U.S. accredited college, university, community college, technical or trade school at the time the award is issued. Applications are available in June and are due January 31.

Member Career Grant

Are you a member taking college classes on a part- or full-time basis? Then this program is for you! CSEA can help offset the cost of furthering your education. $1,000 grants are awarded based on a combination of criteria, which includes financial need, career goals, community service, and participation in CSEA activities.
