As a female-majority labor union, our CSEA sisters are fearless leaders throughout the Association and in their school communities. Women's Equality Day celebrates the 1920 adoption of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, prohibiting the act of denying women the right to vote.

CSEA recognizes there is still much to do in creating achievable equity for all women, so we are proud to be led by female leaders who continue shaping the future of our union.
