CSEA’s Inaugural Women’s Conference, “Empowering Essential Women,” was held July 28 - 29, 2023 in Reno, NV. Attendees joined the 150 CSEA members selected to engage in presentations, trainings, and conversations about topics that impact women. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from keynote speakers and presenters who shared their challenges and successes in their areas of expertise. Presentation topics included women empowerment, financial success, resume and interview skills, self-defense, work-life-union balance, emotional intelligence, and social media safety.
