Member Leadership
CSEA is democratically governed by CSEA members at various levels. These include the Association Board of Directors, 10 Areas, 100 Regions and nearly 800 Chapters throughout the state. In addition, CSEA has 15 Standing Committees with representatives appointed by the Association President.

CSEA is headquartered in San Jose and has 10 Field Offices throughout the state and a Governmental Relations office at the State Capitol.
