Who We Are

La Mesa-Spring Valley Chapter 419 encompasses all LMSV classified professionals, representing more than 900 staff including student support roles as paraprofessionals, custodians, campus attendants, maintenance, grounds, technology, transportation, office and administrative, cafeteria / child nutrition, ESS (before / after school care), and so many others.

 

Union Policies & Governance: The Members' Rules

CSEA is a democratically governed union from the state level to the local Chapter level, with every union policy always approved (and often written) by members like you. In addition, all Chapter Executive Board offices are elected by the members, our Area K Director is elected by the members of San Diego and Imperial Counties, and we elect Chapter delegates to elect our state leadership.
