District O was created in August 2021 and represents all CSEA retired members living outside of California...currently across 44 states, and potentially across the world! We are one of 11 Retiree Unit Districts in the state. Each District is represented by a District Director, who is elected to serve on the CSEA Retiree Unit Executive Board.
