    Benefits News - Kaiser Permanente Members

    Ginger coaches are available anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members will get a 90-day subscription to Ginger on an annual basis. During the 90-day subscription, members can connect with a Ginger coach as often as they want and for as long as they want. Once their 90-day subscription ends, members will no longer be able to access text-based coaching for the remainder of the 12-month period, however they will be able to see their history and access activities in Ginger's extensive self-care library.

CSEA Dependent Scholarships

For graduating high school seniors and those already in community college, university, or a trade school on a full-time basis. Awards are granted in several categories, including some based on financial need, some based on academic achievement, and some may be based on exceptional circumstances.

Union Plus Scholarships

This scholarship is for members or their dependents attending higher education. The applicant must be accepted into a U.S.
