Welcome to Region 38
Our Region one out of a network of 100 CSEA Regions – each encompassing a collection of CSEA chapters. Regions are led by a Regional Representative, who is appointed by the Association President and serves as a liaison to the chapters they represent. Your Regional Representative is Priscilla Tocco she is a former CSEA member and a current retiree counsel unit member. Region 38 is comprised of 6 Chapters in Southern California. Those Chapters are Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Perris Elementary, Perris Valley, California Military Institute, Temecula, and Chaffee College. If you have questions regarding your Chapters Constitution or how you chapter is supposed to be ran, please feel free to contact your Regional Representative Pricilla.
