 Dear Members:
The Rancho Field office is holding it’s annual Bargaining 101 training on December 10, 2022 and you are invited.
This training is the basic level bargaining and is designed for any member who would like a better understanding of how collective bargaining works. Participants can expect to leave with a basic understanding of the principals and tactics used in the bargaining of your contract.
Those who attend will be able to understand and apply the CSEA policy 610, determine what is negotiable, and how bargaining teams prepare for negotiations. Participants will also know the basic elements for a successful bargaining campaign.
Who should attend: Members who simply wish to understand the process a little better. Members who are or wish to be part of the Chapter negotiation committee with an eye toward becoming part of the negotiation team at the table.
