Retiree District H
Welcome fellow retirees and thank you for visiting the District H website. District H represents retired members living within the boundaries of Orange County. It is one of 11 Retiree Unit Districts in the state of California and each District is represented by a District Director who is elected to serve on the CSEA Retiree Unit Executive Board. District H has two Councils. Orange County Council 5012 and South Orange County Council 5055.
My name is Juan Garcia and I am the District H Director and was sworn into office on August 1, 2024. I also serve as Vice President of Council 5055. I want to congratulate you on reaching your goal of retirement and your decision to Stay In. We retire from our jobs, not from our union.
