The California School Employees Association Core Values were developed by the CSEA Board of Directors on October 24, 2023, and presented to CSEA member leaders at Super Session 2023.  

One of the COE Committee Goals for 2023-24 is to hold virtual area “open houses” to connect with member leaders and share CSEA’s Core Values.  The committee would like to highlight COE members who embody the values.  Please contact your COE committee member representative.
