District O was established in August 2021 to represent all CSEA retired members residing outside of California, currently across 44 states and potentially worldwide. It is one of the 11 Retiree Unit Districts in the state, and each District is represented by a District Director who is elected to serve on the CSEA Retiree Unit Executive Board.
