Are you currently a CSEA Site Representative or curious about becoming more involved with your Chapter?
The Site Representative is the CSEA representative at the work site. Site Representatives is the first contact with the new employees for CSEA, and disseminate information to current site employees. They are a critical link in communication between the members, the Site Representative Coordinator, Union Stewards, and the Chapter Executive Board.
Join us via Zoom on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to learn more about the essential role Site Representatives play in keeping our union strong in the workplace.
We will discuss topics including:
What a Site Rep is, what a Site Rep does, and how you can become an effective Site Rep.
Knowing the many benefits of being a part of our union and how to communicate with potential members.
Building member engagement at your worksite and throughout your Chapter.
How to become a CSEA activist!
