Vacancies: (b) For vacancies in any other elected officer, the Executive Board shall submit its recommendation to fill the office in writing to the chapter membership at least five working days in advance of a designated chapter meeting. Nominations from the floor shall also be accepted at said meeting. If there are no nominations from the floor, the Executive Board’s candidate shall be declared elected.
