Site Representative training informs members about what the Site Representative role entails and how we can advance the interests of classified employees together! With ambitious chapter goals on the agenda and a busy district, it's more important than ever to ensure every worksite and work shift has an identified communicator. Site Representatives are a critical link in communication between Members, the Site Representative Coordinator, Union Stewards, and the Chapter Executive Board by representing CSEA at the worksite.
